This fern-leaved herb is used for seasoning foods traditionally in the Baltic, in Russia, and in central Asia. Seen commonly in pickle jars, dill also helps with digestion.

STORE: In a jar in the fridge. Fill jar with water, put stems into it. Pick off leaves that will be submerged. Put a plastic bag over the top for added freshness!
