STORE: Store in a cool, dark, dry place. The best place to store potatoes is in a cupboard, or in a paper bag in the pantry. Sunlight will make them turn green and inedible. Don't rinse the dirt off- this will keep them fresher for longer. The best storage temperature is around 45-50 degrees. Don't store potatoes in the fridge, it's too cold for them!
